Refund/Return Policy

 

 

Returns and Exchanges


Returns and exchanges on items are accepted for 30 days from invoice date. If you need to return or exchange an item for any reason after the 30 day period, it will be handled on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange after 30 day eligibility period has past.

In order for returns or exchanges to be eligible, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if applicable.

To complete your return or exchange, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Please do not send your purchase or items back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be rejected or credited a partial refund at our discretion.


Refunds 

Once your returned items are received, we will notify you via e-mail. Upon receiving your items, we will inspect them to ensure everything is correct per the invoice.

 

We will notify via e-mail of the return status or any issues with the return. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and address on the invoice, within 10 business days. 

Refund Missing

Defective or Damaged Items


Only items that are defective or damaged when received will be replaced. If you need to have an item replaced, please contact us at sales@andrewsagsupply.com

Shipping

 

The buyer is responsible for any and all shipping costs associated with returning and exchanging items that are not defective or damaged.
