Payment Policy

Acceptable Payments

Payments are to be made with "Manual Payment" by submitting your order through the store. We will send you an invoice with payment options after the order is submitted. All items are priced as a check or cash price. We accept all major credit cards with an additional 3% fee.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

 

Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Some exceptions will apply, we will communicate these via email upon your order. In some cases, products may be sent straight from Yetter Farm Equipment, Ag Leader Technology and Copperhead Ag. These orders coming directly from the manufacture are shipped solely at their discretion.  We do not have any control on the shipping timeframe of manufacture direct shipments. We will communicate if the shipment will be coming from the manufacture. 


Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on the location the order is to be shipped. We can provide more accurate shipping rates when the order is submitted. In order to give our customers the lowest price possible, shipping will have to determined upon an order request. SHIPPING ON USED PARTS WILL BE CALCALUATED AT TIME OF INVOICE!


Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
